Julie Simmons began their work experience in 1992 as an intern at Crawley & Gray Advertising, Inc. Julie then worked as an intern at Creative Alliance in 1994. In 1996, they co-founded Paragon Marketing Group, LLC and served as the Chief Operating Officer. Currently, they are a member at Chief, an organization focused on empowering senior women leaders.
Julie Simmons obtained their Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Kentucky from 1989 to 1993. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Sports Marketing at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1994 to 1996.
