Tomoi Stapleton

Tomoi Stapleton is an intern at Coldwell Banker Commercial since June 2024, with prior experience as an analyst at Wedgewood LLC from December 2023 to January 2024. At Wedgewood LLC, responsibilities included shadowing the senior Acquisition Analyst, conducting in-depth research on residential real estate acquisitions, and evaluating properties' financial viability. Previously, as an Acquisitions Intern at Wedgewood Homes from May 2023 to August 2023, Tomoi supported Acquisition Managers and appraised over 100 single-family residential properties. Tomoi's experience also extends to a marketing internship at Mabi Artisanal Tea, where marketing strategies contributed to significant sales growth. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance at San Diego State University, Tomoi has developed a solid foundation in real estate analysis and marketing.
