Norm Conant

Norm Conant is an experienced quality control professional with a solid background in quality assurance and management. Currently serving as a QE tech at Paragon Metals, LLC since July 2022, Norm previously held the position of Quality Supervisor at Autoform Tool & Mfg., Inc. from June 2021 to November 2022 and worked as a QC Manager at Coldwater Sintered Metal Products, Inc. from March 2021 to June 2021. Norm's extensive tenure at Paragon Metals includes roles as an MRO attendant and purchaser, as well as Quality Leader overseeing Quincy Quality Labs and managing corrective actions and PPAPs. Additionally, Norm contributed as League President for Camden Summerteams from 2001 to 2011. Norm has enhanced expertise through multiple certifications in failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), eight disciplines of problem solving (8D's), advanced product quality planning (APQP), and Zeiss CMM programming.
