Sandy Sickmiller

Sandy Sickmiller has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, with a current position as Quality Manager of Customer Relations at Paragon Metals, Inc. since July 2010. Previous roles include Quality Engineer at Multiplex-Div. of Magna, where responsibilities included launching Nissan model changes and liaising with major automotive customers, and Quality Engineer at Midwest Stamping with similar duties. Additional experience includes supervision of welding and stamping operations and managing production scheduling. Sandy's career began at Ingersoll Rand as a supervisor overseeing unionized associates in machining, followed by a supervisory position at Mohawk Tools in the aerospace tool machining sector. Sandy holds an Associate Degree in HVAC and Electrical from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
