Isabella Trainor

Isabella Trainor has a diverse range of work experience in the finance industry. Isabella started their career at Paragon National Group, where they held the roles of Head of Outreach and later became Senior Vice President & Co-Head of Outreach. Isabella then interned at Wellington Management as an Incoming Client and Product Strategy Intern. Isabella also participated in various programs focused on diversity and finance, including the Girls Who Invest Online Intensive Program, the SEO Edge Fellowship, the Insight Partners Inclusion by Insight Diversity Summit, the Evercore Sophomore Diversity Seminar, and the KKR 2023 Diversity Insights Symposium. Additionally, they served as the Treasurer of UChicago BOLD, a student organization at the University of Chicago that prepares Latinos for careers in finance and consulting. Isabella also interned at Wellington Management as a Client Group Intern and participated in the Goldman Sachs 2023 Virtual Insights Series.

Isabella Trainor pursued their education at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they obtained their high school diploma from 2019 to 2022. Isabella then continued their studies at the University of Chicago, graduating in 2026 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Additionally, in 2023, Isabella obtained a Level 1 Mergers & Acquisitions Finance Accelerator certification from AmplifyME. During their time at the University of Chicago, they also participated in the Trott Business Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2023 to 2026.
