Max Bushala has a diverse work experience in various industries. Max is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Midnight Music Group LLC, an independent record label that disrupts the music industry. In this role, Max produces and places content with artists and producers in TV and ads with brands such as Nike, Nissan, and Biktarvy.
Max also worked as a Principal Quantitative Researcher at Paragon National Group, a student-run investment fund, where they focused on alternative investments in the music industry. Additionally, they served as a Sync Producer and Manager at Slang MusicGroup Inc., where they were responsible for securing briefs, handling agreements, and producing and mixing audio and music for clients like Nike and Biktarvy.
During their career, Max also gained experience as a Grammy U Member at The Recording Academy and as a Business Administration Intern at Brain Candy Management, where they assisted with brand development and learned about independent record label business operations. Max also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at RhinoDox, where they prototyped a document search engine and assisted in building features on the platform.
Max Bushala is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business at NYU Stern School of Business, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Prior to this, they attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo for a year, with a focus on Statistics.
