Souptik De has a diverse range of work experiences. Souptik has worked as an Analyst and Chapter Co President at Paragon National Group since 2022. In 2021, they served as the Director of Finance at Moneythink. Prior to that, Souptik was an Independent Entrepreneur in the sneaker buying industry through their business SoupysShoes. Souptik also founded a nonprofit organization called The SnkrTruck in 2019, which focused on giving back to the community by providing shoes to various programs. Souptik has also had internships at CloudQuant as a Quantitative Research Intern and at the Office of the Governor-Texas as an Economic Research Intern. In addition, they have held leadership positions as the President of the Lake Travis DECA Chapter and as a Junior Board Member at Generation SERVE. Souptik has also worked as a Mathematics Instructor at Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center from 2017 to 2021 and as an intern at TiEAustin in 2020.

Souptik De attended Lake Travis High School from 2017 to 2021. Following high school, Souptik De enrolled at the University of Chicago in 2021 and is expected to complete a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Economics by 2025.
