Jeremy Jerschina

Jeremy Jerschina has held various positions in the past decade. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Resident Assistant and Classics Department Greek Tutor at Calvin University. From 2011 to 2022, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Paterson at New City Kids, where they achieved a 33% increase in business operations team effectiveness. Jeremy was also the sole founder of Paterson division, where 100% of high school interns graduated high school and 90%+ matriculated to college. In 2022, they joined Paragon One as the Director of Operations and also joined Primary Venture Partners as a Member of the Chief of Staff Mastermind Network.

Jeremy Jerschina completed their BA Honors in Classical Greek and International Development Studies at Calvin University in 2011. Jeremy also completed a program in Polish Language and Culture at Jagiellonian University in 2008 and a program in Political Ecology, Sustainability, and Community Development at the International Sustainable Development Studies Institute in 2009. Jeremy graduated from Bayonne High School in 2007. In December 2021, Jeremy obtained a certification in Visual Management for Competitive Advantage from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
