Madhura Padwal

Madhura Padwal has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at WWF-India in 2007. Madhura then interned at the Government of Maharashtra in 2010 and worked as an intern at OgilvyOne in 2011. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as an Associate Strategist at Google, Marketing Communication Consultant at Great State Aleworks and GroundUp, and Manager - Learning, Evaluation, and Communication (Firki) at Teach For India. In 2019, they became the Founder and Managing Partner at Vāni Heritage Indian Weaves. In 2020, they took on the role of Project Consultant at Uable, and is currently the Director, Learning & Operations at Paragon One. In 2022, they will become an EdTech Fellow at On Deck.

Madhura Padwal obtained a Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM) from St. Xavier's College between 2009 and 2012 in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Madhura then obtained a TEFL certification from TEFL Barcelona in July of 2014. Following this, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology at the University of St Andrews between 2015 and 2016.
