Lukas Krauss serves as an Investment Director at Paragon Partners since January 2021, bringing extensive experience in consultancy from Boston Consulting Group where contributions were made as a Consultant in the retail and consumer goods team from September 2019 to December 2020 and as a Consultant in the Private Equity taskforce from September 2015 to June 2018. Prior roles include Business Development Associate at becoacht GmbH and Financial Analyst Intern at Cultural Bridging Equity. Lukas began their career with internships and traineeships, including a Production Trainee position at REMA TIP TOP AG. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Engineering from Imperial College London, complemented by an IB Diploma from Schule Schloss Salem.
