Sirena Sosa is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate and right-of-way acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Broker at The Whitlatch Group and simultaneously fulfilling roles as a Right of Way and Acquisition Agent for the California High-Speed Rail project through Paragon Partners Consultants.
