Aya Hammoud

Aya Hammoud is an experienced Human Resource Officer and Team Coordinator at Paragon Shift since April 2021. Prior to this role, Aya served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Notre Dame University - Louaize from January 2021 to January 2022 and worked as an Assistant Psychologist in a private clinic from May 2019 to March 2021, where responsibilities included conducting client interviews, writing reports, and preparing educational interventions for children with learning difficulties. Additionally, Aya has experience as a Content Creator at Sympaticus from January 2018 to January 2020. Aya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Minor in Human Resources Management and Services from Notre Dame University - Louaize, completing studies in 2021.
