Chris Duke

Chris Duke is an experienced sports management professional currently serving as the Director of Sports Operations & Events at Paragon Star since June 2022. Concurrently, Chris holds the position of Commissioner/Executive Director for the National Competitive Soccer League (NCSL) since August 2021. Previous roles include National Senior Director of the Olympic Development Program (ODP) and Midwest Region General Manager at US Youth Soccer from November 2017 to May 2021, as well as Executive Director of Kansas State Youth Soccer Association from October 2013 to November 2017. Chris's career began at Sporting Blue Valley, where leadership was demonstrated as Director of Coaching/Program Director from May 1997 to October 2013. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of San Diego, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
