Glenn Wells

Glenn Wells is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Paragon Space Development Corporation since August 2023, Glenn previously held the position of Vice President and General Manager at Sun Country Industries, where the focus was on contract manufacturing of aerospace components. During tenure at Celestica from March 2014 to February 2020, Glenn excelled as General Manager of the autonomous division, overseeing all operational facets, achieving significant corporate goals, and improving processes. Earlier roles include Vice President of Operations at Quality Systems Integrated Corporation and Senior Vice President and General Manager at Composite Engineering, Inc. Glenn's career also includes a long-term position at Cubic Defense Applications, where management of operations encompassed a workforce of over 300 employees. Academically, Glenn holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, along with various certifications, including PMP, Lean Professional, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
