Matthew Paley is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in systems engineering and design within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer IV at Paragon Space Development Corporation since June 2021, Matthew leads the Systems Engineering efforts for the NASA HALO ECLSS Ventilation Subsystem, writing requirements specifications and managing subcontractors. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions at The Spaceship Company, where responsibilities included designing pneumatic supply and reaction control systems, as well as contributing to legacy designs for WhiteKnightTwo. Educationally, Matthew holds a Master's Degree in Bioastronautics and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, supplemented by a minor in Computer Science, both from the University of Colorado Boulder.
