PARAGON Technical is one of the largest semiconductor manufacturer's representatives in Silicon Valley.   Phil Kumin, Duke Powers, and John Groff founded the company in 1997.

Paragon Technical has received numerous awards including multiple  "Rep of the Year"​ awards from Fujitsu Microelectronics of America, Mellanox, Littelfuse, and individual awards from Actel, Littelfuse, Mellanox, and Micron.

The leadership team at Paragon Technical is experienced in sales and business development, having worked as consultants at Lightbits Labs and iguazio. They have also both studied engineering, with one team member studying at Purdue University and the other at B. M. S. College of Engineering.
