Ericka Koos

Ericka Koos, CPA, MBA, currently holds the position of Associate Director and Assistant Controller at Paragon Therapeutics, Inc. since February 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Controller at Browne Consulting Group from August 2021 to February 2025 and as a Tax Preparer & Accountant at Koos & Company, P.C. from June 2020 to August 2021. Ericka's career in public accounting spans several roles at PwC from September 2013 to July 2019, including Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate, with a managerial role at PwC Australia in 2018-2019. Ericka began professional training as an intern at PwC in 2012.
