Benjamin Vargas

Benjamin Vargas, CPA has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Benjamin is currently the Director of Finance at Paragon Water Systems Inc since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President & CEO at Aeromatrix Composites from August 2020 to December 2021.

Before their role at Aeromatrix Composites, Benjamin worked at Aar Composites from February 2020 to August 2020 as the General Manager and also as the Financial Controller from March 2012 to February 2020. Benjamin gained experience in financial planning and analysis as a Senior Analyst at United Technologies, Kidde Residential & Commercial from March 2008 to March 2012.

Furthermore, Benjamin has prior experience in the hospitality industry as the Food and Beverage Supervisor at Summit Hospitality from December 2006 to March 2008. With their background in various roles and industries, Benjamin Vargas brings a well-rounded perspective to their current position in finance.

Benjamin Vargas, CPA has a master's degree in Accountancy, which they obtained from the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Appalachian State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.

In addition to their educational background, Benjamin Vargas has also obtained several certifications. Benjamin became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in December 2014. Furthermore, they completed the Achievers Program at the Bell Leadership Institute in December 2019, the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership in July 2017. Benjamin also achieved the Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Associate certification from United Technologies in June 2010.
