Felipe Cruz

Felipe Cruz is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in managing IT support and infrastructure. Currently serving as the Information Technology Site Manager at Paragon Water Systems Inc since July 2020, Felipe has successfully resolved inquiries across multiple global locations and contributed to significant infrastructure standardization projects. Previously, Felipe held roles at Pool Troopers LLC, including Desktop & Application Support Technician, where substantial cost savings were achieved through onsite support and the development of a productivity-enhancing Android field service application. Felipe also has a background in customer service and IT support from a tenure at Nielsen. Felipe holds an Associate of Science in Information Technology and an Associate of Arts from St. Petersburg College.
