Iain has previously held non-executive director positions at RNLI from February 2019 to June 2023 and has led customer experience initiatives at Mitie and Interserve. Iain’s extensive background also includes leadership roles at Premier Farnell, Mulberry Consulting, Everest Home Improvements, and E.ON UK, contributing to significant transformations in customer service and experience strategy across various industries. Iain's educational background includes studies at Hult Ashridge and qualifications in direct and brand marketing and team coaching.
