Mark Cole

Mark Cole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management within the asset management and financial sectors. Currently serving as Workplace Operations Director and previously as Account Manager at Paragon Workplace Solutions since October 2019, Mark oversees multiple outsourced service lines. Prior to this role, Mark worked as an Account Manager at RR Donnelley from July 2016 to February 2024, similarly managing service lines for a leading asset management company. Mark's career also includes a significant tenure at Williams Lea from November 1996 to June 2016, where management responsibilities encompassed a large team and a variety of service lines for a key financial institution. Additionally, Mark has experience managing reprographics services for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), including international responsibilities for establishing facilities and organizing production for corporate events.
