Alena Sleptsova Kavanagh

Alena Sleptsova Kavanagh is a seasoned professional in the creative and branding industries, currently serving as the Creative Director and Head of Dublin Studio at Paragon Works since January 2025. In addition, Alena has been a UEFA GROW Mentor since August 2015, contributing expertise in high-profile branding projects for National Associations on behalf of UEFA. Previous roles include Head of Creative Agency Ireland at Paragon Customer Communications, Head of Creative Department at RRDCreative, and various managerial positions at Dynamo Studio and Design Tactics, focusing on strategic design and communication. Alena's earlier experience includes account management at Zeus Creative and as Marketing Manager for Country Music Plus Magazine. Alena holds a Postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing from Dublin City University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature and Language from Irkutsk State Linguistic University.
