Shawn Dillon

Shawn Dillon is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and sales, currently serving as an Inside Sales Engineer at Paragon Energy Solutions since August 2021. Previously, Shawn held the position of Inside Sales Project Manager at Horton Controls Group and worked as an Application Engineer at ProAutomated, where notable contributions included lighting controls project design and achieving high performance metrics. Earlier experience also includes a role as a Field Service Engineer, specializing in commercial lighting control system startups for leading industry brands. Shawn began the career with an internship at Lonquist & Co., LLC, focusing on underground hydrocarbon storage mapping. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2015.
