Amalia Sarah Santi

Amalia Sarah Santi currently serves as the EVP and Global Chief Business Officer at ParagonCorp, a position held since November 2019, where previous roles included EVP and CMO and VP of Marketing Investment and Digital Transformation. Prior to ParagonCorp, Amalia accumulated extensive experience at Unilever over a 16-year period, where roles included Senior Director of the Oral Care Category, Senior Director of the Marketing Refreshment Division, and Director of the Ice Cream Category, among others. Amalia began her career at Unilever as a Deputy Area Sales Manager in West Java and advanced through various brand management positions. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), obtained between 1998 and 2003.
