Sofiya Habiba

Sofiya Habiba has extensive experience in the beauty industry, currently serving as the Head of Halal Beauty (Wardah) Decorative Brand Development at ParagonCorp since November 2016. Throughout the tenure at ParagonCorp, Sofiya has held various roles, including Deputy Head of Halal Beauty (Wardah) Decorative Brand Development, Product Innovation Manager for Wardah Decorative, Instaperfect, and Crystallure, as well as Product Innovation Executive and Packaging Development Executive for Wardah. Prior to this, Sofiya gained experience as a Control System Engineer at PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Indonesian Aerospace) during a brief tenure in 2015. An academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in October 2016.
