Matej Berec

Matej Berec is a skilled professional in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience in epitaxy and process engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Epitaxy Technician at Paragraf™ since February 2022, Matej Berec specializes in parameter measurement using advanced tools such as ellipsometry, AFM, Raman spectroscopy, Hall system measurements, XPS, and SEM. Previously, Matej Berec worked at Lumentum from October 2020 to January 2022 as an Epitaxy Process Technician, responsible for operating computer-controlled epitaxial reactors to grow semiconductor material layers. Before that, from September 2016 to July 2020, Matej Berec held the position of Process Engineering Technician at Aero Tec Laboratories Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing the fabrication of fuel tanks for marine and motorsport applications while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
