Mazid Munshi

Mazid Munshi has a strong background in epitaxy engineering, starting as a PHD Researcher at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2010 to 2014. Mazid then progressed to roles at CrayoNano, where they served as a Senior Epitaxy Engineer, Principal Epitaxy Engineer, and ultimately as an Epitaxy Engineering Manager until 2020. Currently, they are the MOCVD Growth Team Lead at Paragraf® since December 2020.

Mazid Munshi completed a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Aligarh Muslim University in 2005, followed by a Master of Science in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2007. Mazid then pursued a Master of Technology in Solid State Materials from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, graduating in 2009. Mazid also undertook an internship in Solid State Materials at EPFL in the same year. Mazid later obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in III-V Semiconductors Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 2014.
