Delcie Bean is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the technology and business sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Paragus IT since 1999, Delcie has transformed the company into one of the fastest-growing IT firms in New England. Delcie also founded Tech Foundry, Inc. in 2013, focusing on rebranding Western Massachusetts and addressing the tech employment deficit. Additional ventures include founding U-Commission, developing a proof of concept, and leading Valley Technology Outreach to promote computer recycling.
