Lead Software Engineer at Paralect

Gökhan SIMSEK has worked in the software engineering field since 2008. Gökhan began their career at Nortel Networks, where they worked as a Software Engineer and Global Support Engineer. In 2012, they moved to Alcatel-Lucent, where they received training in Qt C++ and STL & New C++ 11 Features. In 2013, they joined Ecoult as a Software Engineer, developing data monitoring applications and bug fixing. In 2014, they took a break from work to focus on self-improvement, reading and learning. In 2015, they joined Auriga as a Software Engineer, where they designed and developed embedded systems and bootloader code. Finally, in 2016, they became a Lead Software Engineer at Paralect, where they worked on OpenLibra, a fork of Facebook's Diem (aka Libra blockchain).

Gökhan SIMSEK obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ege University between 2004 and 2008. In 2010, they also obtained a KT (Kepner-Tregoe) Problem Solving Certificate program from Nortel Networks.
