Karina Bichankova

Karina Bichankova has over seven years of work experience. From 2017 to present, they have been employed at Paralect as an HR Manager, Head of Office Operations, and Office Manager. Prior to joining Paralect, they worked at ISsoft from 2016 to 2017 as a PM-Assistant. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Queen's (Dance Studio) as a Chief Administrator.

Karina Bichankova has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Belarusian State University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2013. Karina also has a number of certifications, including Communicating with Empathy, Human Resources Foundations, Learning Excel 2019, and HR, which they obtained from LinkedIn and Laba in 2020.
