Natalia Puzikova

Natalia Puzikova has been working in the tech industry since 2013. Natalia began their career as a Junior Scientist at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of Scientific and Technical Sphere. In 2015, they joined NEKLO as a QA engineer. In 2017, they moved to Paralect, where they held the roles of Head of QA Department and QA Engineer. In 2021, they joined The Midas Accelerator as Head of Quality Assurance. At The Midas Accelerator, Natalia is responsible for helping early startups build products, gain traction, and raise capital in 3 months.

Natalia Puzikova received their Bachelor's degree in Business-administration from Belarusian National Technical University between 2009 and 2013.
