Olya Kolyada

Olya Kolyada has worked in the technology industry since 2013. Olya began their career as a Guide-Interpreter at the Centre for International Relations. In 2013, they moved to XB Software, Ltd. as a Junior QA Engineer. In 2014, they joined EPAM Systems as a Testing Software Engineer. In 2017, they joined Paralect as a QA Engineer. Since 2021, they have been a QA Lead at The Midas Accelerator, a part of Paralect company. In this role, they help too early startups build products, gain traction and raise capital in 3 months. Every startup gets service worth $100,000 in exchange for 5% equity via SAFE.

Olya Kolyada obtained a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Literature from Minsk State Linguistic University between 2008 and 2013. In July 2017, they received a certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB).
