Siarhei Haluza

Siarhei Haluza has been working in the IT industry since 1998. Siarhei began their career as a Trader in the securities market / Head of treading at ЗАО "АБСОЛЮТХАНК" in 1998. In 2001, they moved to JENTY as Head of FP&A. In 2005, they started working at Alutech as Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for $170 mln of year's revenue and multiple Big 4 audits passing (11 audits passed). In 2018, they became Head of Finance at the Group of IT-Companies at System Technologies. Currently, they are VP of Finance and Operations at the IT-company at Paralect.

Siarhei Haluza completed an MBA in Strategic and Financial Management from Kozminski University in Warsaw between 2014 and 2015.
