Chris Yaros

Chris Yaros has a strong background in operations and technology management. Chris is currently the Director of Operations at Parallel Advisors, LLC, a role they started in April 2023. Before that, they worked as a Technology Manager at the same company from March 2022 to April 2023. Prior to joining Parallel Advisors, LLC, Chris worked at Schwab Charitable for over a decade, where they held the position of Managing Director, Operations & Digital Solutions. During their time at Schwab Charitable, they built and scaled technology-driven operations and oversaw a team handling thousands of transactions per year. Before Schwab Charitable, Chris worked at Charles Schwab, where they held various roles in transfer of accounts and personnel management.

Chris Yaros holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Anthropology from the University of Michigan. In July 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.
