Juliana L. Hilliard

Juliana L. Hilliard has extensive work experience in the biosciences field. Juliana L. began their career in 2016 as a member of the Werner Lab at the Leibniz Institute for Polymer Research, Max Bergmann Center for Biomaterials. In 2017, they joined the Knoblich Lab at the IMBA - Institute of Molecular Biotechnology in Vienna, Austria. In 2018, they became a Staff Scientist, Organoid Development at System1 Biosciences. Most recently, in 2021 they co-founded Parallel Bio, where they are currently serving as the Chief Scientific Officer.

Juliana L. Hilliard attended Virginia Tech from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Juliana L. then went on to attend Technische Universität Dresden from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Molecular Bioengineering.
