Harish Rathi

Harish Rathi is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in building and managing high-performance, scalable, and secure SaaS platforms. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Parallel Minds and an Advisor at DataSmith AI, Harish previously held significant roles at Globant as Sr. Technical Director, leading backend engineering practices and driving the transition of a billion-dollar auditing application from monolith to microservices. Harish's background includes key positions at Icertis, where strategic leadership in information security for the CTO's office was provided, and as Co-Founder and CTO of AlgoSys Technologies, where successful client partnerships were established with major financial institutions. Harish's career also features tenures at Nomura, Amdocs, and Tata Consultancy Services, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Govt. College of Engineering, Amravati.
