Annie Bevan

Annie Bevan is an accomplished sustainability leader with extensive experience in managing and driving initiatives in sustainable practices. As the CEO and Founder of Parallel Sustainability since 2017, Annie has established a firm focused on collaborative solutions to environmental challenges. In addition, Annie serves as the Chief Executive Officer of mindfulMATERIALS, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting sustainable building products, and leads SMS Collaborative in providing verified standards for sustainability in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Annie's role at Superior Essex Communications includes serving as Strategic Advisor and Global Head of Sustainability, contributing to the company's efforts in supply chain engagement. Previous roles include co-leading the LP50 initiative at the International Living Future Institute and serving as a Staff Technical Liaison at the U.S. Green Building Council, among others. Annie's educational background includes a BA in Geography and Geology from the University of Delaware and a Professional Certificate in Energy Innovation from Stanford University.
