Jonathan Goh

Jonathan Goh is a seasoned professional in the fields of robotics and mechanical engineering, currently serving as a Manager and Research Scientist at the Toyota Research Institute since December 2019. There, Jonathan leads the development of innovative control algorithms for autonomous vehicle dynamics and collaborates with global teams on strategic innovation goals. Prior to this role, Jonathan was a Senior Robotics Engineer and Team Lead at Built Robotics, focusing on software development for large autonomous excavators. Jonathan's academic pedigree includes a PhD and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, where Jonathan also led the MARTY Project, and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, and Visual Arts from Princeton University. Jonathan's earlier experience includes research at MIT, contributing to the engineering design of thermonuclear fusion reactor components.
