Josephine Tynes

Josephine Tynes, LCSW, MHL, ICGC-II, is the Founder and CEO of Parallels Consulting since November 2021. Tynes has extensive experience in clinical leadership, having served as Executive Director and Clinical Director at Caron Treatment Centers from December 2014 to November 2021, where responsibilities included primary therapist roles at both Caron Florida and Caron Ocean Drive. Prior to these positions, Tynes held the role of Assistant Clinical Director at Lighthouse Recovery Institute and participated in clinical placements at multiple organizations, including Genesis House Recovery Residence, Inc. and Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches. Tynes earned a Master of Healthcare Leadership from Brown University and a Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, complemented by a Bachelor of Social Work from the same institution.
