Boluwatife Okusanya has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they worked as a Talent Coordinator (Human Resource Manager) at ParallelScore, where they developed and administered quarterly routine performance review programs, collected and analyzed employee data, and suggested appropriate innovative measures for improving performance evaluations and employee engagement. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Certification Edge as an Exam Support Officer, Operations Support Manager, and Data and linkedin manager. In 2018, they also worked at Orange Business Services as an Operations Manager, handling complaints and inquiries via telephone and emails, managing requests, and generating daily reports.
