Currently, they serve as an advisor at ALX Ventures, guiding early-stage startups in Africa, and hold a role as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at ParallelScore, focusing on inclusive innovation and climate resilience. Previously, Neo contributed to the Tshimong Foundation as Head of Content and has held various positions in tech research and education, including coaching debate at Kingsmead College.
