Adrienne Reed

Adrienne Reed is an experienced healthcare analytics professional currently serving as the Director of Staffing Efficiency at Parallon since December 2023. Prior to this role, Adrienne worked as a Workforce Analytics Consultant at MultiCare Health System from January 2023 to December 2023 and as a Consulting Analyst at HCA Healthcare from September 2019 to January 2023. During time at HCA Healthcare, Adrienne also held the position of Director of Analytics Products Visualization, where oversight of a team of four analysts and hands-on experience as a Power BI Administrator were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Staffing Efficiency Director at Parallon (July 2018 - September 2019) and Senior Director of Performance Improvement Labor Analytics at HCA Healthcare (March 2014 - July 2018), where establishment of the enterprise labor analytics department took place.
