Carmen Flores Rhia

Carmen Flores RHIA, CHPS, CCA, CRCR is a seasoned professional in health information management with a current role as Senior Manager of HIM, Coding & Abstraction Services at Parallon since April 2024. Previously, Carmen served as HIM Corporate Manager at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, overseeing various operational aspects, including chart analysis and record completion. Carmen has extensive experience with STAT Informatic Solutions, holding multiple leadership positions, culminating in the role of Vice President Operations. Additionally, Carmen is pursuing further education at the University of Central Florida to obtain the RHIA credential, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration and an Associate's degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology from Seminole State College of Florida.
