Crystal LaBordeaux RHIA CCS has over 20 years of experience in health information management and coding. Since May 2011, Crystal has been serving as a Remote Coding Team Lead at Parallon Business Solutions, focusing on daily bill holds and prebill reviews. Prior to this, Crystal worked as a Remote Coder III at Memorial Hospital Jacksonville and held positions including Inpatient Coder at Outcomes Inc and Reimbursement Coordinator at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. Crystal began as a Coder III at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, responsible for coding various types of medical records. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, completed between 1996 and 2000, and attended Lansing Community College from 1993 to 1995.
