Judy B. Koutlas

Judy B. Koutlas currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Oncology Navigation at Parallon, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this, Judy worked as the Senior Corporate Director of Navigation Operations at Sarah Cannon from March 2020 to June 2024, where responsibilities included leading quality-focused navigation processes across multiple tumor sites and collaborating with stakeholders to improve services and patient outcomes. Judy's career in cancer care also includes roles as Manager of Cancer Care Navigation at Vidant Health (2013 - March 2020), GI Oncology Nurse Navigator at UNC Health Care (2009 - 2013), and Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist at Oncology Consultants Inc (1990 - 1993). Judy holds a Master’s Degree in Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist from Rush University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Cincinnati.
