Lilyan Fleming

Lilyan Fleming serves as CEO of Shared Services Center Operations and has responsibility for the day to day operational management of the full-service revenue cycle centers. She is responsible for continuing to drive operational efficiencies and performance in the service centers. Previously, Lilyan served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operation Officer for HCA’s Orange Park Shared Service Center. Lilyan also held multiple financial positions at North Florida Regional Medical Center.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Florida.
