Shannon Dauchot

Shannon Dauchot brings more than two decades of healthcare finance leadership experience to her role as Chief Executive Officer and President of Parallon. In this role, Shannon is responsible for driving the organization forward and overseeing a full spectrum of revenue cycle services. Before assuming her current role, Shannon served as CEO for the Customer Service Operations department, Senior Vice president of Client Relations for the Revenue Cycle Services department and as Regional Chief Executive Officer where she led the build-out and implementation of a shared service center, serving a $3 billion, 22-hospital health system.

Prior to joining Parallon, Shannon held several leadership roles at HCA Healthcare, including Chief Operating Officer of the Revenue Cycle Shared Services division and Chief Financial Officer of the Tampa Shared Services Center. An accountant by trade, Shannon began her healthcare career as a hospital controller and Chief Financial Officer at multiple HCA Healthcare facilities.

Shannon is a certified public accountant with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Texas Tech University. As a leader in the industry, Shannon holds a position on the Creditor Member Committee with the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals and is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Institute for Collection Leadership.
