Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller has over 20 years of work experience in senior leadership and technical roles. Jeff started their career in 1998 as a Webmaster at Cygeon Interrated Technologies Inc., where they maintained the company website and implemented upgrades. In 1999, they joined Image Impression Inc. as an Internet Application Developer, where they built and designed database-driven web and e-commerce applications. Jeff then moved to Communicopia in 1999 as a Technical Lead/Group Manager, leading a team in the development of online financial applications for the mutual funds industry. Since 2003, Jeff has been the CEO of Paralucent, where they provide executive management, technical direction, and thought leadership to the company. Jeff acts as a trusted advisor to executive management in various sectors, including asset management, banking, FinTech, and government. Jeff leads specialist DevOps teams to deliver business process optimization, systems integration, and enterprise-level reporting and analysis.

Jeff Miller obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Carleton University. Jeff attended Carleton University from 1992 to 1996. In 1998, they completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Information Technology at ITI - Information Technology Institute in Toronto, ON. Additionally, in December 2017, they obtained a certification as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from McGill University.
