PVA is the nation's premier nonprofit organization of choice for paralyzed and disabled Veterans. PVA fights to help all Veterans with a spinal cord injury or disease like MS and ALS get the help they need to live full independent lives by providing a full circle of support for America's heroes from the point of injury or diagnosis throughout all other milestones in life.
