Bahadır Aktan

Bahadır Aktan serves as the CEO of ParamTech, leading a team of over 350 engineers to deliver innovative fintech solutions across Turkey, Europe, and the UK. In addition to this role, Bahadır acts as a board member for Hopi and Nebim Yazılım and holds the position of Executive Board Member and Group CTO at Param, overseeing a diverse portfolio of fintech companies including Kredim, Finrota, and Univera. With a strong background in technology and product strategy, Bahadır has previously held key positions at Getir, n11.com, Pegasus Airlines, OPET, and Turkcell, contributing significantly to each company's growth and technological advancement. Bahadır's educational credentials include an Executive Program in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Bahcesehir University.
